Managed compression, extraction and refining oil. Resources : flax, sunflower and olive. - Developed advanced methods in olive oil and olive kernel oil production. Mastered oil analytics and cattle food production based on natural oil. - Developed etheric oil extraction of laurel (laurus nobilis L.) - Participated in oil deodorization processes. Developed techniques of waste materials usage in oil refining. - Has given a significant contribution in pomegranate juice ( Punica granatum L.). Managed to develop a compression and clarifying , clarifying and maternal juice preservation .Worked on tannin and pectin extraction due to a low fruit usage (20-25%). - Analyzed juice color stability and vitamin C amount. - Worked in juice and vegetable department on peach compound and mashed tomato production. Simultaneously guided soft drinks production. 2nd employment: Named as a chief of brewery in Bar. 3rd employment: Became technical department manager in "Fabrika Boja i Lakova Hemijske Industrije Svrljig", managing color, oil color and epoxide plaster production in 1972. 4th employment: 1973. Hired in "Bukovicka Banja" Arandjelovac, as a main laboratory manager, directing physical, chemical, microbiologic and medicine laboratory. Participated in all development projects in water research, diet drinks production and waste water control. - 1979. Became technologic service manager in "Bukovicka Banja- Knjaz Milos", remaining at the position till 1989. As a technology manager, he conducted mineral water technology development and soft drinks production. - 1989. Named as a general manager assistant in "Knjaz Milos" - 1990. Became a technology manager in "Knjaz Milos" - 1994. Founded Development and Research centre "Knjaz Milos" - 2003. Became an Accredited Laboratory manager ( JUS ISO / IEC 17025.2001), and remains at the position since then. - Participating in ecological engineering projects, mineral water production, waste water treatment. - Excelled in fruit yogurt production. - Analyzed and improved disinfection and washing in water industry. - Involved in number of international research organizations and projects. - Especially interested in fruit and vegetable treatment, low alcohol and wine production. - Led the project of founding Accredited Laboratory "Knjaz Milos" (JUS ISO / IEC 1725.2001.), Balkan's leading institute for analytics and microbiology. -Member of numerous commissions, both national and international, regarding mineral water and soft drinks industry, waste water treatment and ecology.
